In a time dominated by reality tv winners and twee easy listening indie bands, Viva Machine cut through with their huge, uncompromising harmony-drenched a-pop-alyptic rock. Undeterred by the overnight successes that have risen (and fallen) over the past three years, the band write, record and tour relentlessly with the goal of bringing their Weezer-esque harmonies, thick layers of sound and unashamedly danceable brand of rock to the masses.

The band’s first single “My Jet Set Radio” was released through TPF Records.

In 2008, the band spent their time touring the UK, wowing the Moscow scene and then headed into the studio with Richard Jackson (Duffy, Future Of The Left, The Automatic) at the controls working on tracks for the debut album.

The first taste of the record was “Robot Bodyrox”, released via Rocklouder digitally and on limited 7″ vinyl in late 2008.

A second single “Earthquakers & Loveshakers” will be up for free download on June 15th 2009, the same day that the self-titled debut album “Viva Machine” being released through Rocklouder Records. You can get the single a week early on June 8th if you sign-up in advance.
